hi were do i report some one for having drugs that he shudnt have ,hes a dealer ,and im 100% that he has drugs he shudnt, help

I would report to the police, if you believe him to be a dealer.

Oops, I may have misunderstood! If you mean a horse dealer (as opposed to drug dealer) then i would speak to his vet, or maybe ask your own vet for advice on what to do.

if were talking horses contact your local vet for advice and they can point you in the right direction, If its drug dealer as in human contact police who will take all details they need

Police... drugs that aren't prescribed and that are prescription only are illegal whether they're for animals or humans... police all the way...

haha ,hes a well know dealer and sell alot of horses ,but people need to no ,hes got alot of drugs he isnt allowed and vets wouldnt test for,

How are you so sure? Definitely call the police, BHS, and if the horses are loaded with them, perhaps the RSPCA. xx

Ring the police and there used to be a home office number for reporting medical professionals who misused prescriptions (not sure what department it would come under now!) I would try the police first, but be prepared for them to not act immediately.
