what a sick world we live in why why why???? poor dog waggy tail would of forgiven him but he did it again and fell asleep heartless c**t id love to do the same to him and the rest of his kind!!!!!!!!
This case shows exactly why there should be exams passed before your allowed ANY animal.I feel you should prove you are capable of looking after a pet before owning one,the t*ats i see every day that havn't a clue, most of the time it's the owners fault the animals are poorly, sheer inexperience in caring for them.
Havnt read the link ..... I think this was in the news a week or so ago and it upset me too much to read it again especially when it said the dog wagged its tail......I cant bare to think bout it.....just give me 10 mins with this man and he would never be the same again.
Fortunately, the courts don't view 'being drunk' as any kind of mitigating factor in any offence
In response to the post about potential owners sitting a exam before owning an animal, it would do no good in terms of deliberate cruelty. Remember people have to pass an 'exam' to drive a car, but many still drive very badly! This kind of cruelty and lack of empathy is about psychology not education or even intelligence. Thats not in any way an excuse, simply a fact. Most people can empathise with another creature and so would not wish to cause pain or distress, some people (who I'd be happy to put into a washing machine myself) dont have this empathy and some actually enjoy inflicting pain and distress, but it doesn't mean that they don't know he right way to behave

here here, bring back dog licenses!
After seeing this on the news yesterday and the Amersham horses being sent to the owner and sent to auction (the rat bag Gray will get the cash) I just hate this country- how can so many spineless rat bags walk the earth?

It says in todays Express that he has been sentenced to 4 months in prison (which is refreshing because they don't usually get jail time), 180 hours community service and banned from keeping an animal for 5 years. Apparantly, he handed himself into Police and confessed after the crime because he felt so remorseful I suppose thats something, at least he seems to have felt genuine remorse, since there was no evidence because the dog was never found.
One of the saddest things imagineable. How can dogs be so forgiving. Not many things make me want to cry but this did. Some people are just too evil. He will get his come uppance.
