Ok just had a Eureka moment.

Has anyone tried Dry Shampoo on their horse?

Ted comes out of his stable with big poo stains on his legs and bottom. When I wash with a sponge and water and shampoo, the patch normally fades but spreads!!

So was thinking would it work, to lessen them before I got out in public.

Doubt it'll be show quality, but hacking, training etc.

Thanks .

Dry shampoo just absorbs excess sebum. But you can get some excellent water free horse shampoo's. I have Horsewise and Lincoln and they surperb at removing stains.

A lady I used to know on my first livery yard used to use dry shampoo on her thoroughbred during the winter & he always looked lovely & clean..but this was a few years ago now!
I don't know whether she used a human or horse shampoo but she said it worked for her..There might be something out there :)
It'd be great if there was :D
