Any suggestions to improve on a mare that suffers from dry hooves that are prone to cracking easily and also this year seems to have dry skin too?

Hoof Moist for the hooves, apply as many times a day as possible. Sorry don't have any suggestions for skin.

My horse has both these conditions. He is itchy too.
I find a feed with a bit of oil helps the skin and I use a hoof supplement and a hoof moisturiser at this time of year.

Add oil to her feed, and Effol/Kevin Bacon twice per day.
Feet will take longer to improve than the skin, and the skin you can speed up by grooming deeply and throughly to stimulate the circulation to the skin.
ETA A biotin supplement will help too

Feed Flax oil or more commonly known as Linseed oil. make sure it is high quality and designed for feed.
Improves itchy/dry skin, gives a really shiney coat.
