dry skin, help!

have posted this in NL as well but thort you guys may know abit more..my gelding has developed flaky peely dry skin around his muzzle area and nostrils and also his anus!
no discomfort but im not really sure wat it is - def not sunburn as he is black but it is like sunburnt skin peeling off.... any ideas?!

He isn't itching these areas is he, which might be causing the damage? You could try some Aleo Vera gel to see if that helps.

Put some pig oil on and it will go.
