Hiya!
What does everybody use to moisturise there horses nose?
Every year no matter how hard I try she always gets sunburn on her pink nose.
I put factor 50 on her nose every day and a extra long flymask most days I also put some sudocrem on so it’s not itchy while healing.
Her nose is still so dry!
What does everyone use?

My first horse had a pink nose that always burned and blistered in summer. I like most horse owners here applied Zinc cream as it has 100% sunblock. It also helps to heal and soften the skin. It's a very thick cream that is almost impossible to rub/wash off so is suitable if you can't get to the yard daily to apply it. Aussies here swear by it in summer. We use it here on both hoses and humans alike. I think Boots might stock it in the UK.

The riding stable I go to uses FiltaBac. It's also v thick and a total sunblock. V difficult to get off too - wear gloves to apply and be careful of getting it on tack! But it lasts for days.
