DTM experts!

Hi all! Finally getting round to taking part in a DTM class so have been working out a floor plan and music. Finally think we're there however.....

The three songs I want to use are all on the LLP database as stated by BD. However my clever sound engineer OH has been able to take the lyrics off one of the songs - is this ok?! I know its ok to alter the tempo of songs but wasn't sure if we can edit this far?

Anyone know

My experience is that judges prefer not to have lyrics as they find them distracting(!) Most DTM is without lyrics

That is fine, I often fiddle with the tempo.

Ah ok brilliant - I figured it would overall work a lot better without lyrics but was a bit worried about the legality of it...the BD LLP forms all seem very serious so didn't want to go breaking any rules!!
