dually headcollars...where to buy

im looking for a black (cob) dually headcollar, where is the cheapest place to buy?
been on the kelly marks website where they are £40 that includes the DVD. have just looked on ebay and some are going for over what they are brand new!
just testing the water to see if anyone knows of anywhere cheaper than the kelly marks website? or if anyone has one they want to sell me
