So, who all is going this year and on what days? Think I'm going to head down on th Friday and if I have enough money left, might even go back down on the Saturday as well!

We will be there usually go on Friday and stay over and come back up again on Saturday BUT my daughter has decided to give it a go and see if she can qualify for the 110 and maybe 120 young riders so fingers crossed. The qualifiers are usually so huge and this will be her 1st time so we will see what happens.

I always go up for a few days, don't know if I'll enter anything this year though, I'll have to see how they're coming along and if I can afford the outrageous entry fees!! I figure you want to have a good animal who has a decent chance of being placed if you're going to pay up to 400 euro for an entry, or else a horse you're trying to sell!! I went to the second phase of the future event horse league (think it was thurs) last year and it was really good, they built a fantastic course in the main arena, I'd definitely recommend going to it if they run it again this year!!

I'm working there all week - we have a ridden connie, 2 x WH and a Connie stallion going from work plus my own 153 WH.

I don't think you can do 1.10 and 1.20. one thing to bear in mind is qualifiers are three rounds so by the third round the 1.20 can be the guts of 1.30! you can do Paul Behan and another class but horse must have less than 75 points on Jan1st for Paul Behan. I did it last year. unfortunately missed all 1.20 quals after i qualified at 1st Paul Behan Qualifier cause I was injured. and now i'm out of young riders sniff sniff

they have re introduced a young riders 1.10 this year and i dont think there is any mention of the paul behan, at least i havnt seen it! We dont just have 1 horse so between the three, will hopefully qualify one in 1 class and another in a another etc, fingers crossed that is! Only have 1 horse under 75 points so mite give him a go in the Paul Behan if its on!

what happened that you were injured last year? sorry 2 hear that you missed out due to injury.

I'm definitely going, not sure what day I'll be going though, will also be doing the RDS qualifiers for equitation!

I'm tempted to go again this year as I've seen some cheap flights on the 'net.

...However, Italy is a bit more tempting too!

Not too sure what days I`m going, worked there last year selling admittance and it was hell since its such a rip off to get in (17 euro adult, 12 euro student oap child).
Wouldn`t mind wandering around the event selling programs.
