Can anyone with slightly large calves tell me whether they can get into them ok? I saw a pair yesterday (didnt try on though) and noticed they dont have a zip, and that you have to pull them on! My legs arent huge - I can wear standard fit boots from Clarks and so on - but I'm no skinny lizzy and am a little worried I wont get them on! And my OH is buying me a pair on Tuesday!!!!!

I love them boots!! I haven't got a pair myself as I prefer boots with a little "adjustment" in them!! I went for those Ariat Grassmere's as you can alter the width with the strings on the side.
 
Ah yes....the Ariats.....alas a little out of scroogey OH's price range

yes I have a pair of the dublin river boots and they are really nice,I do have large calves and they fit lovely.

After a while they do give a bit anyway!

I've tried them, they're quite wide actually and I found the shoe part quite wide for my foot, i'd have to wear 3 pairs of socks I think
