Dublin River Tall Boots

I've got some and IMO they come up just about right, maybe just very slightly bigger which is fine to take thicker socks in the cold weather

PS I love mine

I have a pair and they are very comfy and warm. I had to get a size bigger as I have a high instep, they certainly don't come up small, as the previous poster says probably a little large to give you warm sock space.

They come up really big - im normally a 5 and even with two pairs of thick socks they were slipping off - swapped them for a 4 and they are perfect!!

Id get a size smaller - i was warned before I got mine and didnt listen!!

Hmm - I'd have said small! Tried some at Burghley and needed a 6 when usually I'm a 5 (with normal socks on too)

How well do they last? I got put off at Burghley as I tried them on at 3 different stores and the heel art was collapsing and the liner come away on all I tried??

i loved mine..... BUT.... they only lasted me 3/4 months and i didnt wear them every day for riding/mucking out ect. The heel lining all fell apart, so much so my feet used to get stuck in them lol!

Have had two pairs - both times lining came away trapping foot inside. 2nd pair was worse as the actual sole broke away as well - after only 4 months wear. Sadly retailer said they were only warranted for 3 months and Masta (wholesalers for Dublin boots) said it was not their problem! Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!
