Dublin valley tall boot?

Has anyone got these? If so do you know what to treat them with? A friend of mine used normal leather treatment on them and they have gone very weird!! So dont want to make the same mistake x
 
Don't get me started on these boots!!
Had mine for 6 months then the zip went, had them repaired and 2 months later they have gone into a hole. They have also mishapen alot around the heel part so they now look *collapsed* and give no support.
Can't wait to chuck em soon as new boots arrive!! :) sorry felt like a rant about them :o
 
Oh no!! You sure you didnt get a dodgy pair lol, i know loads of people with these and never had a prob? I'd be ringing up Dublin if i were you and telling them you want a new pair! x

Yes my friend brought a pair and they went wrong really quickly - matter of weeks. She took them back to Countrywide who had said that there had been problems with the odd pair of those boots. She got a new pair and they are fine 12 months on.... Dont know what she treats them with but I will ask her tomorrow :D
