Dumb idea...or could it work..??

Don’t do the bike thing. Our twins had shetlands and hubby and I had to give them additional work as the kids didnt have the skills yet. Hubby is a mountain biker so nailed it. I didn’t.

I used to take my Shetland charge jogging with me But understand you can’t.

Can you pay a mate to take it jogging with them?

Do you have flat roads to take him on? Is a lovely Emma Massingale post where she has about 10 shetlands all attached to each other and shes leading them on a hover board. Looks great fun they are all trotting along behind her attached to each other by strings ??

I would take him out with another horse with a muzzle on if he’s prone to nipping legs to play and a schooling stick in the hand nearest him to remind him to behave himself. Have his little legs trotting and he won’t have time to think about being a Pratt ??

Why had I not thought of muzzling him..??!!
Fab idea..!!!!
He isn't muzzled for grazing...much as I'd really like to keep them all muzzled unfortunately they live out 24/7 and I've yet to find the best way of doing it without sores and rubs etc. He lives out with my cob and cob x Connie plus my friends cob...we have a few fields that we flit between and the grass stays pretty sparse...so fat this has worked better than when we were strip grazing as they are now moving around more to find grass.
