duplicate accounts?

i've noticed that more and more people are joining up to forums using a different name and then replying on their own (original) threads, either by complimenting their posts/situations/horses or by backing up what they said originally.

it's not just on here i've noticed it but it has got me thinking about why people do it. are they that desperate to get noticed? are they that sad? do they have split personalities?

also if you knew these people in 'real life' would it make you think any different of them?

I couldn't be arsed with all that tbh and wouldn't know how to do it.

If people don't agree with me / like what I say etc etc then thats just life, We can't agree all the time.
