Dust extracted chopped straw?

Is this ok for horses with dust allergies?

My local feed suppliers have bought a machine and are producing their own chopped straw bedding, which they assure me is dust extracted.

its only £3.25 a bale - Im currently paying £7 a bale for easibed, which is costing me a fortune as I use at least 2 bales a week (on rubber mats)

I would try it and see. I use dust extracted rape straw (Bliss) and my horse only has to look at normal straw to start coughing and she has been really good on this stuff
