Many moons ago. I had an expensive white saddle cloth with pressure relief pads that was going to waste. So i decided to dye it purple, as this was my Dun mares favourite colour (she told me)
so after that it got loads of use

I can't for the life of me find the right colour blue for my gelding. So I'm doing it again

I've ordered a white cloth, fly veil and some baham blue dylon. So hopefully by next weekend he will have the colour I want

Anyone else done this before? Would love to see your unique colours :)

Feel all excited

I am a dylon addict!!! Lol, but having bought the hand wash one and having a major crappy result. I decided only to ever use the
machine one.
What I would say is expect the cotton stitching to be darker and I it's polyester; fugettahboutit!
The beauty of dylon is the unexpected nature...I also love watching it in the washer! I know I'm nuts...x

here is the purple one that I did

Cherrydan, I used the hand wash dylon on this and it worked out really well, so I've ordered hand wash again! hopefully it will work ok this time!! Think my mum would go mad if I put dye in the washing machine!!

Kezzabell... I did a throw blue, and it turned out looking like a rag that was caught in the wash! Lol! Well done you though!
Honestly if you machine wash in dylon, put on a boil wash after, you'd never know it was there...I promise.xxx
