Anyone have any experience with Dy'on bridles? I saw an absolutely stunning plaited bridle by Utzon Equestrian but am not currently willing to pay the £400 for it (maybe in October when my student loan comes in lol), but came across a Dy'on Plaited bridle through Kentucky Equinr which is more affordable at about £260 and looks very similar. Just wondering what the leather quality and sizing is like, the last bridle I bought was a PSOS Athens in full but the sizing was weird and didn't fit my mare, so I had to return it and get it refunded. Current boy is a Belgian WB but has a huge head so there's very little point in me buying if the sizes come up small. He's in my old Fairfax currently but it only just about fits, is starting to get on a little and has some wear and tear, so I'll probably have to fork out for a new one anyway at some point soon.

Bon wears one, he came with it. Quality wise it's nice, he's got quite a dainty head, everything I've bought for him has been cob and fits, full do fit usually on the top holes. However, I think that the bridle is a full aand is not top holes, which if that's the case I'd say the sizing might be on the small side

I had a Dy'on for one of my horses, it was a lovely bridle, nice and soft. I sold mine as i changed to brown tack after i lost the horse is was for and brown looked better on my mare. It was just a full size off the peg and it was average sizing wise but he didnt have a massive head, i think you would be better mixing and matching parts.
But if i'm honest, English bridles and Henry James are just as nice and a fraction of the cost. I also had a Vero as an everyday and it was pretty much identical to the Dy'on and again a lot cheaper (at the time)

Dy'on come up on the smaller side. A lady from Sederholm told me this before I purchased, and she was correct - but that was about eight years ago now!
