Anyone had any experiance of dealing with them?
Last year my boxer was referred to see a cardiologist - i advised them of this and was told that they'd send a claim form however if the cost of the treatment was under £100 it probably wouldnt be worth claiming. As the cost was £100 i dint claim. Dog has now had a second referral and requires an ultrasound. E & L have said this is not covered as we never returned the original claim form and they were unaware of the change to the policy.
I'm confused as they have it on their records that he has been referred for a heart murmur previously!?

Go search on E & L I don't think I need say anymore other than good luck and unless you scream very loudly you can kiss your money goodbye.

Morethan - cannot recommend them highly enough - Bumble Dog must be the most valuable JRT in the world with over £7,000 worth of treatment - all paid promptly

Agree with above. More Than and Petplan have both paid out for my dogs with no hassle.

More Than apply the excess to every policy year for ongoing claims, so for example, my dog injured her eye last year which will probably require lifelong treatment, and we have to pay the first £70 each year.

Petplan have different scales of cover but I opted for lifelong cover for my other dog as you can never be sure what the future holds and I would always want to know my dog could have the best treatment.

I would recommend you switch to one of these and put it down to experience unfortunately.

Couldn't have put it better myself, next time instead of sending them your premium, chuck it down the drain (it amounts to the same thing, but saves you the postage costs)!!!!
