CAREFUL BUYING DIRECT.
I bought direct and it never turned up...I stupidly paid by switch and so I couldn't get my money back.
I bought mine through another company in the end...the handle system was soooo helpful, although the tipping didnt bother me, I found I liked pushing the barrow using the handles, easier position to hold for me.
