One of the puppies has a bit of an ear infection, is there anything i can use/do to clear it without taking her to the vet?!

I would pop her to the vet to be on the safe side, once an ear infection takes hold, it can be bloody hard to shift, trust me!!!
To reduce heat/irritation I would smear a bit of pure aloe vera gel on the ear flap (not in the ear) and try not to poke about too much down there, you can make it worse.
