Ear issues!

Ok so a girl on the yard where I am riding has a horse with MASSIVE! Ears
Nothing wrong with that but the head piece of his bridle is not comfort-able for him, was wanting to know if there is sure a thing as a shaped head piece?
Maybe one that's rounded to allow for big ears?
And if so any one any ideas where can get one?

I'm sure I've seen them, probably on tinternet, try googling it, or you could try a larger browband which gives more room for moving the bridle back slightly

They are called comfort bridles, usually padded with a curve cut out for the ears. Quite a few brands make them.
