Hi, I'm soon to be moving to the area and looking for a livery yard. I like the look of East Herts Equestrian Centre from the website as it seems to have great facilities. I'm interested to hear more about it, could anyone share their experiences please?
Thanks!

They have a facebook page. I have a couple of friends who have horses there and they are really happy. The hacking is good and the facilities are great too.

I had some friends that were there for years and loved it, they only moved because they were paying a bomb for services that sometimes they weren't happy with the standard of. But they really did love it there, if I had the money I'd be there too!

I've ridden up there a few times, really friendly liveries and the jumping clinics they do are brilliant too. I think they're starting to do some show jumping competitions once a year now (or they've done one so far) which was really well organised-Lovely yard, wish I could afford it : )

Hi Tabithakat64, that's reassuring to know, I've had a look at the Facebook page now too, thank you. Can I ask if your friends happy with the services they are receiving?
Thank you

Hi PaulnasherryRocky,
When did your friends leave was it this year? Can I ask what it was exactly they weren't happy with? Where did your friends move to, maybe that would be worth me considering too?
The jumping clinics and dressage clinics will definitely be of interest to me, good to have positive feedback on them.
Thank you

They were happy overall it was just their horse needed specific amounts of everything as he is probe to lose weight and he was never given enough hay etc, but they were there for 7 years and left last year, they went to a small private yard close to Ashendene competition yard (also has fantastic facilities and is cheaper than east herts equestrian centre I think). There are a few little shows that are hacking distance from both east herts an Ashendene- nice area!
