East Lothian livery yards the good the bad and the ….

Moving to East Lothian in the next year, please tell me the good the bad and the ugly in terms of livery.
What do I need to know? Where not to go?
I need somewhere with facilities, DIY or assisted livery only for 1 horse. Decent school, grazing and hacking.
I would consider a private yard/farm.

Look at the central Scotland livery yards Facebook page and then you can ask opinions of any place you fancy.

I'd say lots tick two of the three for hacking / arena / grazing - I'd be tempted to go look at Oxenfoord, indoor and two outdoors I think, big yard but personally I've never heard anything bad about it and it doesn't seem to have a massive turnover of liveries (Mix from grass, DIY to more I think). I also viewed a lovely little yard just outside Longniddry, can't remember the name but it is where SERC run the Redcoll ride, small outdoor arena only though (DIY only I think) - would definitely have been keen to go there but I needed two spaces and by the time they came up we were happily settled elsewhere.
