Im thinking of getting my boy a pair of the easyboot glove hoof boots i really like the look of them, there not too bulky like some othe boots ive looked at and they look so easy to put on, just wondering if anyone on here has a pair and could tell me what they think of them, please

Mine hated the easyboots with gloves, he has short pasterns and I dont think he felt comfortable with the glove bit of the boot.

The glove bit is great but its the actual boot part I struggle with ... how to break every nail on both hands in one step ! They also have these claw things inside them that I have flattened down. Once they slacken off it gets easier have a look at the renegade hoof boots ! Come in funky colours and no claws !! renegadehoofboots.com

I have some easyboot gloves, which I no longer use! I bought them as my horse was abrefoot behind but was wearing away too much foot due to doing lots of roadwork so I thought they wpuld be usefull. I like the fact that they are easy to take on and off, but maybe too easy! They are alright for just walking but mine had an annoying tendancy to fall off if I went any faster or over muddy terrain. Possibly they were a bit big but I don't think I could have got a smaller size to fit. Maybe my horse has weird shaped feet, who knows! Anyway eventually I got fed up of having to jump off 2-3 times a hack just to put the bl**dy boots back on.

I do like the fact that they aren't bulky though! I think it depends on your horse's individual feet. I know The Saddlery Shop let you trial them for two weeks so this would be worthwhile (this is what I did, though unfortuantely mine were fine during the two week trial and it wasn't until later that they started falling off!
