My hubby is buying me eva stable mats for Christmas. We were planning on getting the ones from Robinsons, however I thought I'd have one last look on ebay and found these mats at only £20/mat which is £32 cheaper per mat than Robinsons.

Have any of you had these mats from ebay? Are they any good? The sellers feedback is positive, but the price seems too good to be true!

are they smooth on both sides? its just they look like they are, and I am wondering how well that works in practice...

They look quite tempting though...

Thanks for the comments, I think I'll buy one mat and see how it looks before I buy enough to do the whole stable. Although they do take returns, I'm not sure how much it would cost to send lots of mats back if they are no good.

I have one stable with these.
pros are that they are soft with a bit of give-look more comfy tham my expensive mats!
Cons-I use woodpellets and these mats are a bit too light really as stuff gets under them and pushes them up so constantly having to lifdt, scoop out stuff from underneath and put back
having said that though I do get this to a certain extent with my heavier mats too
I use them for a lightish pony, not sure how they would stand up to a big heavy shod horse?

Imho better than nothing though and good value
