ebay help please

Is it possible to see what you have sold through ebay? We had everything on a disc but we have lost it now. Thank you liana x

It depends how far back you want to go. If you click on the 'sold' button on the left hand side of the page in 'My Ebay' then it will show everything you have sol I think, unless you have deleted the items.

It depends on how far you want to go back, as it only stores the information for a short time after it's been sold.

If you go to your ebay page there is a tab on the left hand side that says SOLD. Look in there.

I have deleted everything that has gone out so we know where we are. Someone ages ago said there was an history page but i cant find it.

you can only go back by 60 days or last 500 items. It does not matter if you have deleted them you can still view them. Go into my ebay, items sold and then on the right hand side there is 2 windows one for that says period the other one says undo remove just click on one of them and it will undo everything and list all the items you have sold for that period of time.

Did they all pay through paypal? If so you can go into paypal and look up the history on a month by month basis.

This is of course no good if they paid cheque etc!

or you can click on the star for feedback next to your user name, and it will tell you under the feedback left what item was sold/bought and how much was paid for it

only goes back a couple of months though
