Hi peeps,

I know it's been mentioned before that some manufacturers also produce rugs under different labels...

I'm searching Ebay for rugs and keep coming up with 'Riff Raff' and "Harlequin" which is sometimes called Rhinegold Harlequin.... and also "JHL".

Does anybody know whether any of these brands are any good? Or can you let me in on the trade secrets as to which really are as good as the branded ones we know and love? I am loathe to jump in and spend a lot of money where returns are nigh on impossible...

Pulling my hair out here - I need 8 new rugs so want to get it right (and cheap!)

Many many thanks

JHL is Jumpers Horse Line I think - Ive had a stable rug from there before which was fab. It's now called Old Dairy Saddlery though (I think). Ive also had a Riff Raff fly rug and it was fine, much the same as the Horseware ones.

Just be careful, a friend bought some cheap rugs from Ebay last year, I don't think they had a particluar brand name on them, and all the linings are falling apart at the seams. They commented the other day that the nylon linings in my horseware rugs are thicker than the outers of their rugs!

premier international rugs are fab, prices have gone up but still really good value.
