I have to say I can't see a problem other than that mentioned in the ad - it's far too long! However if you really want to report it you just use the report item link which is on every ebay listing.
 
I would say its just a winter coat nothing untoward there! We all like them to look clipped and tidy but in reality a nice shaggy winter coat keeps them warm! I can't see an issue?
 
Just looks like a horse that's been a bit itchy at some point. I think I might delouse the saddle if I got it mind you, but otherwise there's a lot worse than that about.
 
I'm wondering if this is OP's listing and they want to direct us all to it in a way that is allowed on the forum, ie not advertising the listing as such? Could be wrong though, can't see what's wrong with the horse!
 
If you have concerns about that horse then you do not want to see the state of our Cob each morning, hair twice as thick and scruffy as that, plastered in mud and is now moulting! He looks unkempt and uncared for when it could not be further from the
truth :-P What do you have issue with? (In all seriousness)
 
I'm quite worried about the gate the saddle is on. It looks underweight to me, definitely condition score one or two at best. really quite skinny, the saddle doesnt look the right size for it at all.
 
might be a touch of sweet itch and a little scruffy, but you should see the hair style the RDA pony has that I sometimes drive.
 
I've seen much worse on that awful "dragons driving" website in fact there is another thread on here with a filly and some lump on her little back :(
