ive just sent a non payment thing to the 'buyers' of my lorry. what i want to know now is can i relist the lorry straight away by making a new listing or do i have to wait another 7 days and relist it when the dispute is closed? If i can relist by making a new ad will i still get the final fee back from the original advert?
thanks in advance

This happened to me - I sold a trailer and to cut a long story short, the sh1t who bought it messed me around for almost 4 weeks before admitting he'd bought another one and didn't want mine.

I filed a non-paying report and re-listed trailer straight away. I think I had already sold it again to a genuine buyer by the time I got the refund for the first one, but there wasn't any problem with it - it just took a week or so.

I thought you had to wait a certain amount of time to ensure the original buyer has no intention of buying, and then you can end the non-paying dispute, saying not willing to wait any more for buyer, then you can relist. Did you have any second chance buyers for your listing? Might be quicker/easier than relisting again - just a thought.

'buyers' did buy it now 2 weeks and 1 day ago. they have since arranged 4 times to come and get the lorry and never turning up, never phone to say why they are not coming and when i phone them to see why, they just rearrange collection and the cycle starts again.they have no intention of buying it and frankly i have given them every opportunity to say they dont want it but they insist on stringing me along!
unfortunately the lorry had no bidders but it did have 13 watchers althought how many of them were actually interested in it is anybodies guess! ive already waited 2 weeks so ill just do a new advert.
thanks for your advice

I had this with a truck.
If you want credit you have to go through payment dispute and wait 8 days.
You can then blcok them from bidding again and they get a black mark against them

they have been reported and ive already relisted it
