Just wanted a bit of advice please.
Ive just bought a bridle, described as black with reins etc etc. It came yesterday and the reins didnt match, as in totally different colour, quality etc, so I contacted the seller and she offered to refund £10. I havent accepted this but today in the proper light I realised the bridle is actually dark havanna and not black as described, so I dont want it now, its the wrong colour.
So contacted seller who has appologised for the confusion, refused to refund me and suggested I resell it and make a profit as it was a handmade bridle worth more than I paid. I have replied with I dont want to make a profit, I just want a black bride, and asked for a refund agai.
Im waiting for their response.
What do you suggest please

You are within your rights to open a dispute if you can't sort it out with the seller. Deal with it as quickly as possible and keep any messages involved. Item not as described should cover it.
When you send it back, make sure you send with tracking details, you shouldn't have any problems getting your money back although you will probably lose your return postage.

Thanks, Im still waiting for a reply, then I will take it up with Ebay, God what a nightmare. Im actually shocked as they say sorry for the confusion but tough, they dont want it back.

If you paid via Paypal start a dispute through them, you an say that the item is 'not as described' & you can ask for the full refund, including the p+p. You will win the dispute as Paypal 99% of the time comes down on the side of the buyer. It may take a while for you to actually receive the money as they give a certain amount of time for the selletr tpo reply to the accusation etc.
