No i didn't til just now stumbled on the fact when i was looking at costs/fees to sell. Its not a tied auction just a means of advertising at fixed fee (£35.00)

Just wondering whether to give it a go. bit cheeper than estate agent who came round on Fri.!!

no, but i sold a property myself through one ad in h&h. now, that was satisfying!

I have seen ads for property details (99p)but not the property itself. Seems quite a cheap way of advertising nationally

Kerilli, Re H&H ad did it have equestrain facilities or just a property?

without wanting everone to jump down my throat for advetising mines just a village cottage no land etc
