I 'won' a sprenger kk bit for £21 plus postage back in April, waited a week but didnt receive anything so emailed seller. She apologised and said her daughter had measured them (sold 2) and it was listed incorrectly so offered me a refund but said I was to ask for it back via paypal. Ive not done this brfore but did as she asked. Week later no refund so emailed her again and requested the money via paypal again, she then asked for my address and said she would send me a cheque. To cut a long story short, this tooing and froing has been going on since April until mid may when she stopped replying to my emails. I held back leaving negative feedback as I honestly thought she would refund me but last night Id had enough and tried to leave feedback, well the listings too old now and it wont let me. I have contacted ebay who sent me a computer generated reply saying the listing is over 45 days old and that I had to try contacting her.
Like I havent. It did give me a way of getting her number though, Ive not tried it yet but wondered has anyone else ended up ringing a seller. Should I just learn from this and forget about it now?? Just makes me mad as she has 100% feedback and if I hadnt been strung along with promises I would have done something sooner.
