eBay saddle purchase update

To those saying i shouldnt have been so patient, u need to know the full story. Seriously i am a bitch to upset with purchases and have won cases against bt (near impossible) argos homebase amongst others so i am certainly not patient. I started fighting from 22nov when money shouldve cleared and its been going on from there.....the problem being that paypal wont uphold a claim against 'non tangible goods' and ours is a made to measurenitem, non ebay i hasten to add, and therefore deemed as a service NOT product. Bank is the same and wont uphold an indemnity claim. Its a really boring story hence i havent had the inclination to type it all out on here but rest assured i am winning, i want the goods not the money at the end of the day and regardin original post just felt it was a bit soon to escalatr, as others also said. Be vv careful on relying on paypal to act as guarantor, 300+ transactions with them all fine but when i actually needed them to grow some balls they were worthless. Credit card everytime (but the seller in question doesnt accept due to huge costs incurred which as a business owner myself, i understand)
