Ebay - Scam advert

How do you report such things?

Seen an equi Trek on there, however I know it was on a horsemart not so long ago, exact same pictures but was being sold by a reputable dealer.

I emailed the person selling, just out of interest, reply was a copy and paste job of the advert on horsemart. I replied asking if I could pay in cash and if they were private sellers or dealers. They were private and would not except cash.. Their english was appalling too and kept asking me to pay now as they are ready to accept payment...

Second slightly dodgy Equi Trek advert I have seen on there... anyway is there anyway to report this to Ebay??

I do know I should also get a life and stop finding every equi trek for sale on the internet and remembering all specs and details.. I am one sad person! lol

Hi, there is a "report item" button on the right hand side once you click into the actual item and scroll down to the description

Brilliant thank you, its the second advert for an equi trek Ive seen in the past week.

Seems such a funny thing for someone to think of making a scam out of!

They could be a bit like me. I'm far too lazy to take photos of items (especially if they are new or nearly new) so I normally nick one off of a manufacturer's website. I do always point this out in the advert though.

I've never copy/pasted any text though.
