Has anybody ordered anything from discountequestrian on Ebay? Did everything go OK? I ordered a leather headcollar on 27th October, paid over the phone that day. It does say at they have to order it in especially so to allow 3 days for them to get it in stock, then at the bottom says to allow up to 14 days for delivery. I have sent them 2 messages over the last couple of days but had no response

. They have very good feedback so im not sure whats going on.

if you paid over the phone then i take you have a contact number for them? have you tried phoning them? It has been a bit of a long time now, and over the 14 day period.........

yes, i ordered something mid september, no replies to emails etc. Nothing.

Ive ordered from them before... some times it was excellent service, v quick, response to messages etc and then other times they seemed to go very quiet and delivery took ages.

I would phone them again...

If you've not received what you've ordered and they won't respond to you start an "Item not Received" Dispute. Don't close the dispute until you have the goods in your hands. If you have no joy VERY soon then go to the Q&A forum on eBay and they'll help you sort it out. Remember if you paid by credit card you can do a chargeback by phoning your credit card co - and don't mention eBay if you can help it!

kate26 - have you had your money back? If you paid by PayPal you have only a short time to put in your claim. I'd start a claim anyway and, again, only close it when you have the goods.

If you need to reorder from another company then I have used prequestrian and they are absolutely brilliant, everything is really cheap and arrives in next to no time.
