Nice course?
They are still taking entries so will re-route there from Larkhill as I have had to withdraw.

Yes! cool have just emailed them. Really peed off about Larkhill! The final choice I guess would be Bovington as I am determined to go Novice at Broadway!
 
I am annoyed for you about Larkhill. Especially having looked at the entry listings I see a fair few local riders ( like people who live 20 mins away) not doing day before dressage

Agree Forrest, it does seem unfair.

Heard that EW is a lovely event.

No did not get balloted but assigned day before dressage which is very difficult as working Good Friday and its a 2 hour trip so would have cost a fortune travelling in total for 8 hours over 2 days.

I get a full refund so small mercies for something.

I was balloted from SOE and if id have known earlier could have entered Goring or something

Think they are running 2 days this year to compensate - have 147 entries so far which does not seem huge? 4 sections?
 
Ebbesbourne is lovely, really nice xc courses, sj is on a surface. Ground is generally v good. Water is horrid- dark and dingy but it's normally just a run through, no step in.
I'd choose there over bovington.

Oooh thats interesting, Nick C's been down there a while now but the owner has an intriguing ability to fall out with people very dramatically, very quickly!!

really nice big showjump arena flat dressage just a bit twisty to get in and i am judging and its my birthday no hints or anything!!!!
