Has anyone got an eco rider bridle?
What do you think of it and how do they come up size wise?
Also interested in the breastplate.
I’d not really heard of them but asked on a fb page for recommendations/alternatives to look at before buying the brand I had in mind and these came up several times over. They are also a bit cheaper!

I dont own one but have seen them in the local saddlery and it looked pretty nice, soft leather and well made but I cant vouch for the longevity.

I’ve just returned the grackle eco bridle- didn’t like it, thought it was very bulky and an odd shape, I ordered cob as my horse is everything and the browband was far too small, their customer service appears good though :)

That’s the one I was looking at. I don’t want bulky for sure.
I had thought of ordering and returning if I didn’t like it.
Ideally I’d like to see this kind of thing before buying but the choice locally seems pretty limited.

I bought a cob sized one at Blair from Coltsfoot Saddlery. Bridle was lovely leather but too small, exchanged for a full size and it was too big. At the point in time there was no option to mix and match pieces, dont know if that's changed.

Lovely bridle and the leather gelt better quality than the similarly shaped PS of Sweden one.

Also cant fault Coltsfoot customer service. They were absolutely brilliant to deal with.
