Possible horse thieves about.

A friend of our vet disturbed horse thieves loading horses into a trailer attached to a white van.

This was at a rented field, near Penicuik and not on a yard.

Please can you let me know where abouts this field is and what kind of trailer was being used?

I will keep an eye out for anything dodgy! did the vets friend get a registration? I guess it was reported to the police?
