They're cute, second one is a bit grainy but only on my phone! I like the last one best. Did you use GIMP?

I don't think any of the photos are awful, to me, the horse looks serene in the first photo, the second is okay but not really my style, I prefer the third and fourth photo, especially the third.

But I think they're great especially the 4th effect
