You only get about 5minutes if that to edit a post, after that, you have no chance! Its a pain sometimes

Why???? Surely you should be allowed to edit what you've written yourself?!

But you're allowed to edit what you've written yourself, it is just that you need to do it within 5 minutes. I really wish we had the old 1 hour time limit to edit our posts back, but it is the way it is, if it is something that really troubles you, you have to contact Admin and ask them to delete the post.
