Edix western saddle

Opinions on the above please. Looking for a western style saddle for 13.1 pony who wears a 16" English saddle. As a marker, the barefoot nevada is much too long. I like the look of the Edix range but never actually seen one

My friend has one for her Friesian. She likes it, but I’ve sat in it (on her horse and mine) and thought it was the most uncomfortable thing in the world.

It was also waaay too long for my 14hh Highland.

Ghost Picollo fitted my ridiculously short backed cob who found some 16" saddles slightly too long

For Western saddles? No idea.

I'm Dun is onto something with Ghosts. I've tried them and didn't like them, either, but many people do. You can get a 'Western' one (they're all kind of the same guts....just different trappings to make them look like English saddles or Iberian saddles or whatever), and they're not too long for short backed horses.

Ghost in size Bambini is equivalent to 16" but treeless saddles can often be fitted beyond the back rib, especially if the weight is carried forwards. https://riding-in-balance.com stocks Ghost and can get Edix.
