Just read the Bodmin Moor bit. Do you know the breeder? I have two off Bodmin moor, the 23 year old does have Cleveland Bay and TB in him, grandparents. The six year old is also a complete mix but I know has Welsh D as a grand sire which would explain the short coupled look and "curvy" top line, which I think your mare also has.

if she has come off Bodmin, she could have all sorts of everything in there. Loads of horses just left on the moor to breed and several appalosas up there as well, I had 2 at my livery at one time. One looked very similar to yours. She looks connie x ID to me as well.

Very similar especially in the face. There is one called Owen that pops up when you google the cross who is nearly identical.
