Educational survey on Laminitis

I am a current HND student, studying at Merrist Wood College in Guildford. For my dissertation I am looking at the subject of laminitis in horses. I have created a survey on surveymonkey which I would appreciate you taking a couple of minutes to complete. I am compiling evidence on location and type of horse that suffers from this condition.
