EEk entering my first show tomoz! HELP

Lvrees has convinced me to enter this show tomorrow, I am terrified lol
I am entering Best Hunter (phew no jumping) have no idea what to do in the class as Ive never heard of it - so any tips would be gratefully recieved!!

Not heard of "best hunter" before, but im guessing it's like ridden hunter. So i would say ridden gear - no boots for the horse, you will have to walk, trot and canter round together and possibly gallop. In your show - walk, trot both reins, canter both reins, show a good extention. If you have a cane, maybe carry that instead of whip (if horse doent need it). Tweed jacket for you. Good luck!!

glad you all know a bit about this as i plan to enter my first show on new horse, only ever done one show, three classes in 24 years of riding, and going for best coloured, handsome gelding etc and guessing its similar to best hunter, just prance round and look pretty??? hope so! good luck tomorrow and let us know how you get on please..........
