yes i have used them. I had no problem with them, but the courier they use did not phone to tell me day of delivery and i was not home when they came so they helpfully threw 25 bags of horsehage all over my drive!
Used them too. One of the bags of feed I ordered wasnt in stock but they rang straight away and asked whether I wanted the rest of my order first or wait for the other bag. Had no problem with courier either-but they use different couriers in different areas!
hmmm - like the concept but not the size of orders required to stop the delivery prices being extortinate.
I placed an order last winter and bought some Horshage bales to make up the order, and out of 20 bales ordered 7 were split, and can only assume the courier to did not appreciate the care needed when handling haylage bales.
I was not amused, but stupidly did not complain, as I am sure efeed would have resolved the issue if i had given them the opportunity.
They save me loads of money last winter on feed. I have them every 2-3 months in summerevery 4 weeks in the winter The delivery depends on the driver as they use palletways, they usually ring the day before and leave it on the pallet on my drive.
I like the fact you can order a mix of things.
I have used them reguarly for over a year now - very happy. I have had the odd damaged bag which I email Efeed about and get a credit for it.
The delivery company usually ring the day before they are coming - only once have been late due to a broken down lorry and they then delivered it the next day - Saturday. They even delivered during all the bad weather on time.
I have saved quite a bit of money over the year on what I would have spent at local feed merchants and havent had to travel.
I am happy to recommend them.
