After still not receiving my order 12 days after placing and being told that the delivery company had tried to deliver it not once but three times to the wrong place, despite being given very simple idiot proof directions to where it should be put, I have recevied a Refund. at least they realised how unacceptable the delivery problems where and did something about it, far happier now and shall go back to having GJW Titmuss deliver my feed.
