Ordered on-line yesterday....wood pellets and feed. Just had a phonecall to check that I will be in tomorrow as they are delivering it! Just standard delivery...very impressed!

completly take that back !!!! you have to pay a delivery which is advertised at £5, brilliant i thought until you read the small print and find its excluding VAT

and then i think i will order for my one horse in bulk so thought i will order 7 bags, then again small print adding a surcharge of £15 because my order is less than 20 items even tho i was paying £74 for those 7 items

so now i have a total of £74 + £5 delivery excluding VAT + £15 cos i didnt order enough so = £94 + for 7 bags of feed !!!!! and it wasnt as if i was buying expensive ones ! feed great prices extra stupid charges EXPENSIVE

I had the same whinge with them on my first order- delivery price comes down very quick if you take a couple of bags though - more than 20 seems cheapest. i now take a couple bags of wood pellets and then my feed each time to keep it down!

Seems a bit silly that the less you order the more the delivery price is!
