Just wondered if people who ordered supplements during Efeeds recent 'bargain hour', have received them?

I placed an order on the 14th Oct but haven't received anything yet. Guess they were probably inundated, but want to make sure its not just me!
 
Just had a phone call from a very nice guy from Efeed, who apologised and said out of all the orders they had that day, unfortunately mine got mislaid, but that they would send it out tomorrow - so you can't say fairer than that!!

So refreshing when you come across friendly, helpful people - I'll definately use them again now!
 
I can't comment on the supplement offer specifically, but I have recently started using efeed and can't recommend them highly enough. Not only do they offer excellent value for money, I found them helpful and responsive to enquiries and their contracted delivery company were also polite, friendly and helpful. After years of receiving feed deliveries that are never quite 100% right this was truely refreshing. They delivered everything my horses need in good time and at a time convenient for me. I will definately be using them for all my feed and bedding needs this winter and in the future.
 
I've been using them for 2 months - have been pretty spot on too. Had some damaged bags on my first order and they refunded me then and there!

I'd give them a shout star, they were super helpful when i spoke to them!

I've just abused their 3 for 2 Pony nut offer! They might have shot themselves in the foot there as i've got all the feed I'll need to January now!
 
oh i did get in contact and they refunded the cost of the out of date bags - it's just out of 2 orders both of them have gone wrong in some way. gonna give them a 3rd chance soon and see if they've improved!
