I ordered two bags of feed from them on sunday and they have not yet been delivered, who else has used them and what was the delivery time?

I ordered 20 bags if feed / bedding the the week before last. Ordered on the Tues they call on the Wed to arrange delivery on the Friday.

Yep i did indeed, i shall contact them tomorrow to see what's going on, I used them all last winter and never had an issue.

I emailed them last night, had a reply this morning from a guy named stuart who checked the system, and said that it had a note on it saying the delivery was refused, at the place they went to at 8.30pm last night, i think they've attempted to deliver it to the cottage next to the yard rather than the yard, so I gave him a more detailed description of where to deliver it. but as of yet its still not turned up.

My feed has still not been delivered and I have heard nothing further form them on the matter, I am very disappointed with them and shall not be usuing them again, I shall go back to GW Titmus as although they are more expensive they are also more reliable.
