I suspect my gelding may have a hindgut issue, in the last 2 to 3 weeks he's gone from a happy, chilled horse to being quite uptight and looking unhappy.
He's started lifting his right hind and waving it as if he wants to kick out when I'm grooming his flank area, picking up his feet is not as easy as usual. He's also become is a bit snappy about having his saddle placed on his back and girth done up. His gut in his flank area is also very noisy.
All this suggests to me possible acidosis so I'd like to add a supplement to try and make him comfortable again.
I've looked at the three I've listed in the thread title, would appreciate views and any advice based on similar experience
